Gala Dinner

The Gala Dinner will take place on Friday, October 9, 2026 from 7:00pm to 11:00pm at the BlackBird Riverview Room, Riverside Centre, 123 Eagle Street, Brisbane.

Your personal information is provided to third-party providers to enable the provision of their services to you. The providers may include organisations such as hotels, the Convention Centre and other associated suppliers. Your personal information will only be used for the purpose of the specific event you have registered for and will be retained by us for up to 12 months after the conclusion of this event. All personal information collected by us about you is collected, used and retained in accordance with the Australian Privacy Act 1988. This data may also be used in accordance with Impact’s Privacy Policy.

Terms & Conditions

All cancellations must be emailed. Refund of registration fees will be as follows: Until August 16, 2026 – 100% refund minus a $50 handling fee. From August 17, 2026 until September 13, 2026 – 50% refund. No refund from September 14, 2026. The AIB Congress cannot accept liability for personal accidents, nor loss of or damage to private property of participants, either during or directly arising from The Australasian International Breast Congress. Participants should make their own arrangements with respect to health and travel insurance. Cancellation of participation will be as per the cancellation policy.
