The exhibition space at ASBD’s 13th Scientific Meeting is available in two forms, RAW and SHELL SCHEME. 

Raw space is priced at $5000 + GST (3m x 3m) 
Shell Scheme Stands are priced at $5500 + GST (3m x 3m) 

Raw space is available for installation of custom built stands. Raw space booths do not come equipped with walls, electricity or furniture.

All additional stand requirements such as furniture are available at an additional cost to exhibitors. Custom stand designs must be submitted to the ASBD secretariat for approval.

Booth allocation, apart from Platinum and Gold sponsors, will be on a first come first served basis, based on the date full payment is received by ASBD secretariat.

Inclusions

Organisations participating in the Exhibition at Adelaide Convention Centre will receive the following for each booth booking:

• One Exhibitor Pass, which entitles the holder to:
• Attendance at all sessions on Friday and Saturday
• Morning and afternoon refreshment breaks and lunch
• Access to the ASBD App
• Logo and 50-word profile in the ASBD App (to be provided by the exhibitor)
• One (1) ticket to the Welcome/Networking Reception on the 14th September
• Organisation name listed on the exhibition page of the conference website. This will be organised by the ASBD Secretariat
• Logo and 50-word profile in the ASBD App*. Please ensure you provide your logo and 50-word profile no later than 15th July 2023.

*Inclusions in all ASBD marketing and publications is dependent on sponsors supplying appropriate information required by the ASBD Secretariat prior to deadlines

Exhibition Manual

An exhibition manual will be distributed to all exhibitors approximately three months prior to the exhibition. The manual will contain information covering the move-in / move-out schedule and supplier contact details.
