Payment Schedule
A non-refundable deposit of AU$1,000 or US$700 per person is required to secure your booking on the Mexico Study Tour and AU$500 or US$300 per person for the Palm Springs Study Tour. Any deposits not received within 7 days of booking may have their reservation auto-cancelled.
The balance of your Tour package will be due no later than Monday 1 July 2024.
If registering after 1 July, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Fees
If you cancel on or prior to Monday 1 July 2024 your will forfeit your deposit.
Cancellations made after Monday 1 July will result in a cancellation fee of 50% of the tour package.
Cancellations made after Thursday 1 August 2024 will result in a cancellation fee of 100% of the tour package.
Refunds will not be made on unused portions of the package.
Cancellation of other travel arrangements and airfares will be subject to the terms of the travel provider.
Travel Insurance
Travel insurance and this should be taken out at the time of booking. Like all forms of insurance there are a wide variety of options available from various companies. What is suitable for one could be quite inappropriate for another. Attendees should carefully consider the options and make the selection most relevant to their circumstances. If you currently have an annual policy please ensure that it is valid for this particular journey. If in doubt, please check with your insurance provider.
Note: It is rare that any travel insurance will cover disinclination to travel in the event of terrorist incidents. If you cancel for this reason, you will be liable for the full published cancellation fees as outlined in the terms and conditions.

Travel Extensions
You may extend your travel after the Tour. Please email or phone the Impact team outlining your requirements and they will make the necessary bookings and advise of any additional costs that may apply.
Authority
By clicking on agree, you accept that in the event of an accident, disaster or emergency being reported to have occurred in a country where you will or may be travelling, you authorise us to disclose to the Australian Government Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade details of your itinerary (including without limitation, transport and accommodation arrangements) and your contact details within Australia and overseas.
Privacy Statement
Data collected on this form will be used by Impact to provide information necessary to service providers such as hotels, airlines, tour operators and any other organisations deemed necessary to deliver the Tour program as outlined.
This data may also be used in accordance with Impact’s Privacy Policy.
Disclosure
You must ensure your Australian passport has a validity of six (6) months after your return date to Australia.
In the event that you are travelling to a country or countries which do not require a visa for Australian passport holders, you must tell us if you have been arrested or convicted in respect of any offence or breach of law. Non disclosure of this information may lead to your being refused entry on arrival in certain countries. In that event, we take no responsibility whatsoever.
If you do not wish to disclose such information to us, then you must contact the embassy of each country of destination and make your own arrangements in regard to entry to that country.
