NOTE: Airfares are based on economy class group airfares from Melbourne, Sydney or Brisbane on Emirates to Cairo on Tuesday 21April and returning from Cairo on Sunday 3 May (Flight arrives Monday 4 May).

You may return on a different date and also from a different city within the Middle East if you are planning to extend your stay although some additional charges will apply. 

Business & First Class airfares are available. Please indicate your travel preferences on the booking form and one of our staff will revert to you with the relevant details.

NOTE: At the end of the booking process you will be asked to provide a $1,000 per person deposit immediately by credit card (1.5% card fee applies).

Your passport must be valid for at least 6 months beyond your return date to Australia. If you are travelling on a passport other than an Australian or New Zealand, you must have an Australian re-entry Permit.

If you are travelling solo, you have two options for accommodation. If you do NOT want to share rooms throughout the tour, please select the single supplement. The other option is to select 'looking to share'. This option means we will do our best to match you up with another solo traveller, so you can both share a room for the duration of the tour. If we unable to match you up then you will need to pay the single supplement.

Payment Schedule
A Tour package deposit of AUD1,000 per person is due at the time of booking. The balance of your Tour package will be due no later than Friday, 31 January, 2020.

If registering after 31 January, 2020, full payment is required upon confirmation of the Tour.

Cancellation Fees
If you cancel on or prior to Friday 31 January, 2020 you will forfeit your deposit.
Cancellations made on or after Friday 31 January, 2020 may result in a maximum cancellation fee of 100% of Tour cost.  Actual cancellation charges will vary as they are based on the amount levied by hotels, airlines and other suppliers at the time of cancellation.

Refunds will not be made on unused portions of the package.

Travel Insurance
It is strongly recommended that attendees consider travel insurance and this should be taken out at the time of booking. Like all forms of insurance there are a wide variety of options available from various companies. What is suitable for one could be quite inappropriate for another. Attendees should carefully consider the options and make the selection most relevant to their circumstances.

Note: It is rare that any travel insurance will cover disinclination to travel in the event of terrorist incidents. If you cancel for this reason, you will be liable for the full published cancellation fees as outlined in the terms and conditions on your registration form.

If you currently have an annual policy please ensure that it is valid for this particular journey. If in doubt, please check with your insurance provider.

Travel Extensions
You may extend your travel after the Tour. Please email or phone the Impact team outlining your requirements and they will make the necessary bookings and advise of any additional costs that may apply.

Authority
By clicking on agree, you accept that in the event of an accident, disaster or emergency being reported to have occurred in a country where you will or may be travelling, you authorise us to disclose to the Australian Government Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade details of your itinerary (including without limitation, transport and accommodation arrangements) and your contact details within Australia and overseas.

Privacy Statement
Data collected on this form will be used by Impact to provide information necessary to service providers such as hotels, airlines, tour operators and any other organisations deemed necessary to deliver the Tour program as outlined.

This data may also be used in accordance with Impact’s Privacy Policy.

Disclosure
You must ensure your Australian passport has a validity of six (6) months after your return date to Australia.

In the event that you are travelling to a country or countries which do not require a visa for Australian passport holders, you must tell us if you have been arrested or convicted in respect of any offence or breach of law. Non disclosure of this information may lead to your being refused entry on arrival in certain countries. In that event, we take no responsibility whatsoever.
If you do not wish to disclose such information to us, then you must contact the embassy of each country of destination and make your own arrangements in regard to entry to that country.
