Flights 

PSA Travel recommends booking on Emirates Airlines for flights that fit in with the conference itinerary. If you are planning your own travel before or after the conference then other airlines may be more suitable and PSA Travel can advise you of the best options available. Following are the flights we recommend for each portion of the program, special airfares are available from time to time which we will offer as alternatives when they provide better value. 

Flights from Australia 

Pre-Conference Como, Flims & Zermatt

Depart Australia for Dubai on 27 May connecting with Emirates Airlines flight EK205 to Milan Malpensa arriving 2.20pm on 28 May. A transfer will be provided from Malpensa airport to Como.

Pre-Conference Flims & Zermatt

Depart Australia for Dubai on 30 May connecting with Emirates Airlines flight EK87 to Zurich arriving 1.20pm on 31 May. A transfer will be provided from Zurich to Flims.

Main Conference Montreux 

Depart Australia for Dubai on 4 June connecting with Emirates Airlines flight EK89 to Geneva arriving 1.15pm on 5 June. A transfer will be provided from Geneva to Montreux.

Flights to Australia 

Main Conference Montreux 

Depart Geneva on 11 June on Emirates Airlines flight EK90 at 3.15pm to Dubai with onward connections to Australia. A transfer will be provided from Montreux to Geneva.

Extended Main Conference Lyon

Depart Lyon on 13 June on Emirates Airlines flight EK82 at 9.55pm to Dubai with onward connections to Australia. A transfer will be provided to Lyon airport.

Post Conference Rhone Provence Cruise 

Depart Geneva on 20 June on Emirates Airlines flight EK90 at 3.15pm to Dubai with onward connections to Australia. A transfer will be provided from the cruise ship in Lyon to Geneva.

Group Fares

To qualify for group airfares you must travel on the group outbound dates for each package, but you may return at a later date. If you extend your travel a surcharge of $110 per person will apply, plus there may be additional airfare surcharges applicable. 

Business Class 

Business Class seats are available from a supplement of $7,070 on the group airfare.  Attractive Early Bird fare will be available and we will advise the relevant pricing as soon as these fares become available.

Premium Economy

Emirates do not provide Premium Economy seating on their aircraft. PSA Travel can assist with booking on airlines that do such as Singapore Airlines, Cathay Pacific and Qantas (via London).
