For guests making their own flight arrangements, please ensure you arrive on the Gold Coast on or before Tuesday 4 June, ready for the conference to begin with lunch around the expo stands at 12:00pm.
Please note hotel check-in is from 3:00pm.

TRANSFERS
Airport transfers are provided on Tuesday 4 June and Friday 7 June. To book your airport transfer, please send your flight details and itinerary to pricelineconference@impactevents.com.au by Friday 3 May.
Please note any delegates arriving or departing outside of the above dates will need to make their own way to and from the airport.
TRAVEL INSURANCE
All travel and health insurance requirements and associated costs are your responsibility. We strongly recommend that you are fully insured for the duration of your travel arrangements including cover for illness (inc. COVID), death, loss of baggage and personal items. Please advise Impact Events during the registration process if you need assistance in organising your travel insurance.
