Flights 

PSA Travel recommends booking on Emirates Airlines for flights that fit in with the conference itinerary. If you are planning your own travel before or after the conference then other airlines may be more suitable and PSA Travel can advise you of the best options available. Following are the flights we recommend for each portion of the program, special airfares are available from time to time which we will offer as alternatives when they provide better value. 

Flights from Australia 

Pre-Conference Scottish Highlands

Depart Australia for Dubai on 6 May connecting with Emirates Airlines flight EK27 to Glasgow arriving 12.45pm on 7 May. 

Pre-Conference Gleneagles only

Depart Australia for Dubai on 11 May connecting with Emirates Airlines flight EK27 to Glasgow arriving 12.45pm on 12 May. A transfer will be provided from Glasgow to Gleneagles.

Main Conference Edinburgh & Belfast

Depart Australia for Dubai on 14 May connecting with Emirates Airlines flight EK23 to Edinburgh arriving 2.50pm on 15 June. 

Flights to Australia 

Main Conference Edinburgh & Belfast

Depart Dublin on 24 May on Emirates Airlines flight EK162 at 1.50pm to Dubai with onward connections to Australia. A transfer will be provided from Belfast to Dublin.

Post Conference Ultimate Ireland Tour

Depart Dublin on 2 June on Emirates Airlines flight EK162 at 1.50pm to Dubai with onward connections to Australia. 

Post Conference Secrets of Scotland Cruise 

Depart Glasgow on 31 May on Emirates Airlines flight EK28 at 2.35pm to Dubai with onward connections to Australia. 

Group Fares

To qualify for group airfares you must travel on the group outbound dates for each package, but you may return at a later date. If you extend your travel a surcharge of $110 per person will apply, plus there may be additional airfare surcharges applicable. 

Business Class 

Business Class seats are available from a supplement of $7,200 on the group airfare.  Attractive Early Bird fare will be available and we will advise the relevant pricing as soon as these fares become available.

Premium Economy

Emirates do not yet provide Premium Economy seating on their aircraft.  PSA Travel can assist with bookings on airlines that do have Premium Economy such as Singapore Airlines, Cathay Pacific and Qantas (via London).

• Hike Hadrian’s Wall, the 134km trail is a delightful hike across some of the most beautiful wild scenery in England and through some of its most fascinating ancient history
  
• Meander through the Cotswolds, an area of outstanding natural beauty in England and Wales with its rolling hills and quaint villages build from honey-coloured stone making them a perfect base for keen walkers and cyclists
  
• Tour the spectacular north Wales coastline and visit the charming island of Anglesey or hike the mountains and glacial landforms of massive Snowdonia National Park. Iceland
In little over 2 hours flying time from Dublin you can experience Iceland, one of the world’s most unique destinations. In June you will have almost 24 hours of daylight to experience the geological wonderland of volcanoes, gushing geysers and take a dip in the famous Blue Lagoon.
