Access these discounted rates and book through the links below. Rooms at the group rate are limited and available on a first-come, first served basis.
These reduced contracted rates will expire 30 days prior to the event. Book early for best selection and price. Always read the hotel's policies prior to finalising your booking in particular cancellations.
Most venues will allow you to book a few days pre or post of the conference at the same rate.
