TRAVEL INFORMATION

Flights

There are multiple options available for travel to Spain and PSA Travel can advise you of the best options available depending on your individual requirements.  

Following are the flights we recommend for each portion of the program.   Special airfares are available from time to time which we will offer as alternatives when they provide better value.

To qualify for group airfares you must travel either on the group outbound date or group return date for each package. If you extend your travel, additional airfare surcharges may be applicable. 

Flights from Australia

Pre Conference Andalusia Highlights

The pre conference program commences with a Welcome Dinner in Seville on the 29th April 2024.  You will be responsible for making your own travel arrangements to Seville.

As there are limited options for a same day connection all the way to Seville*, we recommend departing from Australia for Madrid on the 27th April and arriving in Madrid on the 28th April.  We recommend an overnight stay at the Doubletree Hilton Madrid which is convenient to then take the train to Seville (approx 3 hours) on the 29th April.  Accommodation at the Doubletree Hilton is an additional cost at A$510 per room including breakfast.

* Qantas and Singapore Airlines will connect from Australia through Paris to Seville on the same day.

Group flights depart Australia for Dubai on 27 April connecting with Emirates Airlines flight EK141 to Madrid arriving 1.25pm on 28 April.

For those who prefer to spend time in Barcelona, there are a number of daily flights from Barcelona to Seville. 

If you are travelling to Spain from somewhere else in Europe, there are direct flights from a number of European cities directly to Seville. 

Main Conference Madrid & San Sebastian

Group flights depart Australia to Dubai on 6 May connecting with Emirates Airlines flight EK141 to Madrid arriving at 1.25pm on 7 May. 

Coach transfers will be provided for all attendees arriving on EK141 (or flights arriving at the same time) to the Westin Palace & Doubletree Hilton.

Flights to Australia

Main Conference Madrid & San Sebastian

If booking the flight inclusive main conference package, a flight from Biarritz to Paris is included in the package, connecting with the Emirates Airlines group flight from Paris.

The group flight departs Paris (Charles de Gaulle) on 15 May on Emirates Airlines flight EK074 at 3.35pm to Dubai, with onward connections to Australia.  

If making your own flight bookings, we recommend flights are not booked from Bilbao or Biarritz before midday on the 15th May.  Both airport have flights to major cities such as Madrid, Barcelona, Paris and London Gatwick to name a few.

Coach transfers to Bilbao and Biarritz will be provided for all attendees departing San Sebastian at the conclusion of the program.  

Post Conference Cruise

Disembarkation from the ship is after breakfast. 

Depart Paris (Charles de Gaulle) on 22 May on Emirates Airlines flight EK072 at 11.25am to Dubai with onward connection to Sydney only, OR

Depart Paris (Charges de Gaulle) on 22 May on Emirates Airlines flight EK074 at 3.35pm to Dubai with onward connections to all cities in Australia.

Business Class

Business Class pricing will be provided on request.   

Premium Economy

PSA Travel can assist with bookings on airlines that have Premium Economy on Emirates to Madrid (via Dubai) or carriers such as Singapore Airlines, Cathay Pacific and Qantas (via other European airports).
