The exhibition space at ASBD’s 12th Scientific Meeting is available in two forms, RAW and SHELL SCHEME. 

Raw space is priced at $3500 + GST (3m x 2.4m) 
Shell Scheme Stands are priced at $4000 + GST (3m x 2.4m) 

Raw space is available for installation of custom built stands. Raw space booths do not come equipped with walls, electricity or furniture.

All additional stand requirements such as furniture are available at an additional cost to exhibitors. Custom stand designs must be submitted to the ASBD secretariat for approval.

Booth allocation, apart from Platinum and Gold sponsors, will be on a first come first served basis, based on the date full payment is received by ASBD secretariat.
