Getting to the Meeting

RACV Royal Pines is situated approx 15 minutes (7km) inland from Surfers Paradise. Travel time by road from Gold Coast (Coolangatta) airport is approx 35 minutes and from Brisbane airport is approx 1 hour.

Shuttle transfers can be booked through Con-X-ion Airport Transfers on www.con-x-ion.com

A shared shuttle from Gold Coast airport stopping at other hotels is $30* one way. Shuttles depart from the airport every hour on the hour and from the resort at xx.50 and take up to 70 minutes.

A standard shared shuttle from Brisbane airport stopping at other hotels is $54* one way and an Express shuttle with one transit stop is $89*. Shuttles depart from the airport every hour on the hour and from the resort on the half hour and take 90 minutes for the standard shuttle and 80 minutes for the Express.

10th October Arrivals

Morning Workshops start at 9.00am so staying overnight at the resort on the 9th is recommended.

If you are flying in on the day then the latest recommended arrival time is 7.30am at Gold Coast airport or 7am at Brisbane airport.

The Welcome Reception and Networking drinks on the evening of the 10th commences at 6.30pm so if you are not attending the Workshops we recommend flights arriving by 4.30pm at Gold Coast airport or 3.30pm at Brisbane airport.

12th October Departures

The Meeting closes at 5.30pm, recommended flight departure times would be after 7.30pm from the Gold Coast airport and after 8.30pm from Brisbane airport.
