You will be met on arrival at Tokyo Narita and Tokyo Haneda airports and transferred to the Hyatt Regency Tokyo.

The remainder of your evening is at leisure to settle in.

Thursday 7 May - Tokyo

Breakfast at leisure in the hotel's new Crossroads Kitchen restaurant, followed by a morning conference session at the hotel. 

The afternoon offers leisure time and optional excursions. 

This evening, join us for a Welcome Reception at the hotel including substantial canapes and drinks.
